This item is a reproducible educational sheet outlining the various named "anatomical" attributes visible upon a percussion flake.   Attached is an Obsidian or CCS Flake which displays most of these classic attributes.   This is one of our most popular education tools, especially when combined with the Conchoidal Card.   Newly also available are sets of Illustrative Flakes that can be used for in-class testing or for illustrative purposes.

A small stone core along with the flakes and core fragments that have been knapped off it.   Average of five flakes/fragments per core.   Teachers can have the core put back together by their students to demonstrate to them the principals behind how a core is reduced.   CAUTION -  there may be many sharp edges and several small fragments.
