ORDERING INFORMATION
We suggest using the on-line PayPal Shopping Cart System to place and pay for your order. This option will result in you receiving your order with the least delay. For each item, select a particular arrowhead form and material from the available OPTIONS. If you select "Artist Choice" for both options, you will receive an item already in stock selected by Dr. "Arizona". Since each item is personally handmade, they are one-of-a-kind and thus variation will occur and it will be at least a month before shipping. Otherwise, you may print out the appropriate PDF form and send it to us with your check to the following address:

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All orders must be prepaid. Payment through this website can be made using the available secure PayPal Shopping Cart System. Certified funds sent with your mail order are recommended as money orders or bank cashier's checks. If you send a personal check with your order it must list your name, address and daytime phone number. Shipping of orders paid for with personal checks will be delayed until confirmation of payment. A bounced check will lead to an additional charge of $15. Export funds are accepted in U.S. dollars only, except for on-line payments through PayPal. California Residents, please remember to add sales tax (8.375%). If you are purchasing for resale, please provide us with your resale license number in order to receive a full refund of this sales tax. Wholesale prices are available on some items, please inquire about those not listed on our Wholesale pages.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard domestic shipping includes shipping charges, packaging, and other handling fees. Please include 25% of your total order for shipping costs (minimum $5). Orders containing a Flake Selection have a minimum shipping cost of $10. Using the PayPal Shopping Cart on this website may actually save you money on shipping with charges automatically calculated. International shipping will be based on actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater (please inquire before ordering and specifically request a PayPal billing instead of using the Shopping Cart for international orders). Rush orders have an additional $15 to $20 fee and will not be available on all items (please inquire before placing an order since most items have a manufacturing delay).
Please allow manufacturing time (not including shipping time):
3-4 weeks for Stock Items (i.e., "Artist's Choice")
4-8 weeks for Custom Items
(NOTE: Most simple orders will be shipped in less than 2 to 3 weeks if weather, health, and other factors permit)
1-2 weeks for Flintknapping Supplies and Online Store orders

RETURNS AND CORRECTIONS INFORMATION
Pack the item in a sturdy carton and seal with strong tape. We are not responsible for any returns in non-padded envelopes. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. Items must be received within twenty working days of original shipping date in order to obtain a refund or correction. Refund amount will be minus actual initial shipping costs.

REPAIRS INFORMATION
Most of our jewelry and tools come with a limited six month warranty. To return an item for repair, package it as a return and send it prepaid and insured. Describe the problem and allow 3-6 weeks after received for repair or replacement.
